Living on Mars in the next 50 years?

Hi,

•Currently 20 years old, and loves everything about space.
•Given the current technology around the world and the unpredictable Elon and his Space X, how possible is it to Colonize mars on a small scale in the next 50 years, that a nobody citizen of Earth like me can go live on Mars?
•Given if the ticket cost is affordable by an upper class US citizen.
Inflation, politics, and similar things are NOT counted.
•Can a 70 year old still under go training to survive the trip?
